and wellness, I am passionate about creating transformative

spa and wellness experiences that merge elegance with

innovation. My approach combines strategic vision with

hands-on operational expertise, ensuring each project is as

profitable as it is memorable. I’ve had the privilege of

collaborating with iconic luxury brands where I’ve developed

unique concepts, built impactful supplier partnerships, and

enhanced brand identities. I thrive on translating creative

with visionary concepts. Each role—from my time at Ritz Carlton to Four Seasons,
Raffles and Fairmont—has allowed me to craft immersive, high-touch wellness
experiences, foster valuable partnerships, and develop high-performing teams.

Accor Global Well-being | Raffles & Fairmont Spa Openings
Supported luxury spa openings for Raffles and Fairmont properties in locations including Doha, London,
and Mayakoba, overseeing concept and design to strategic marketing. Conducted thorough spa audits and
implemented tailored training, action plans, and signature treatments to uphold brand consistency. Led
comprehensive strategic marketing and PR planning, positioning each spa as a flagship wellness
destination. Additionally, managed wellness events and activations at international forums to enhance
Accor’s brand presence and worked closely with construction teams to ensure each project met Accor’s
high design and operational standards.

Fairmont Century Plaza, Century City, CA | A Luxury Modern Wellness Flagship in LA
As opening director, established an integrative wellness program with advanced fit-tech, bio-hacking, and
curated in-room experiences. Built strategic partnerships for a medical-grade skincare clinic and luxury
nail salon within the spa, positioning the Fairmont as a top wellness destination. Created a marketing and
PR strategy that elevated both brand exposure and financial performance.

Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, CA | Spa Remodel and Rebrand
Led the remodel and rebranding of the spa, introducing wellness hotel rooms and new treatments.
Partnered with Delos for wellness programming and curated a series of high-end wellness events.
Increased revenue and positioned the Four Seasons as a leader in the luxury wellness space.

Fonte Verde Tuscan Resort and Spa, Italy | Luxury Training
Conducted in-depth spa audits to ensure compliance with luxury service standards and operational
excellence. Additionally, delivered targeted training programs focused on elevating guest service
and maintaining the highest levels of spa quality and consistency.

Ritz Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara, CA | Luxury Coastal Spa
Managed the 42,000 sq. ft. spa and luxury retail boutiques, achieving 18% YOY treatment sales
growth and 22% retail increase. Enhanced guest experience with refined service standards,
transforming the Ritz Carlton Bacara into a leading wellness retreat.
La Mer Spa at Baccarat Hotel,

New York, NY| Exclusive Wellness in NYC
As opening director, developed the treatment experience and supplier relationships for La Mer Spa
in Baccarat Hotel. Curated luxurious skincare treatments and an opulent guest journey aligned with
the Baccarat brand, establishing it as a premier New York spa destination.
